Our first Community Kitchen, in collaboration with Afoa took place on Sunday at Yalla Collective Space in Nicosia old town and what a beautiful day it was! We served around 100 portions of food, bringing together people from different backgrounds to share a meal, connect with others or simply pick up a warm meal to go.
A big thank you to everyone joining us. This is just the beginning — many more gatherings of food, community and solidarity are on the way!

The Nicosia Municipal Gardens came alive with colorful traditional dances, joyful singing, and an authentic taste of Filipino culture through delicious home-cooked food. It was a beautiful morning of sharing, learning, and connecting through culture.
This event is part of the Unity in Diversity project, coordinated by Solidarity CY with the support of Mission Solidarity, the Federation of Filipino Organizations in Cyprus, and the European Network of Filipino Diaspora – Cyprus.
